Due to the current emergency, we are following Oregon regulations around social distancing. Only one client will be allowed in the lobby at a time and we ask that all customers wear face coverings while inside the building.
While we are still taking new clients, we are not conducting our usual Greet and Treats nor are we offering tours of the facility at this time due to current social distancing guidelines. Please call or email us to schedule a new dog for daycare or boarding.
If you have questions or concerns, please contact us. We are happy to discuss our policies.
We have a waiting list for new, intact dogs who want to come in for daycare. Please call for boarding inquiries as we may be able to accommodate intact boarding guests.
Due to the high number of new puppies we have coming in, our daycare has reached capacity for intact dogs. We are happy to add your name to the waiting list and let you know when a spot opens or you are welcome to bring your dog in for daycare once they are fixed.
If you would like us to add your name to the waiting list, please call or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Bone Away From Home Doggy Daycare and Boarding is Portland’s happiest dog daycare and boarding facility. We offer 2,700 sq ft. of open, indoor play area where your dog can make new friends or hang with the old ones. While at daycare, most dogs choose to run with the pack, but if your friend is less social or just needs a break from the crazy group then they can hang out in one of our small play areas. Dog Daycare is fun, stimulating, and can help your four-legged friend gain important social and behavioral skills.
We focus on creating a healthy pack through three key areas: Love, Confidence, and Cleanliness. Good behavior is created through constant reinforcement and encouragement. Dogs learn from their people and if you are confident, they will be too! We love all dogs like they are part of our family and we strive to see every dog in our pack happy, healthy, and full of joy!
We know that our pack’s level of comfort (and that of their owners) is dependent on the atmosphere of the daycare. We focus on keeping the play area and our boarding room clean and comfortable for all our four-legged friends.
So give your dog a little much needed LCC and stop by for dog daycare today!
We generally do not accept walk-ins for Doggy Daycare. Our first priority is the pack’s safety and happiness. We prefer to schedule a Greet and Treat for all our dogs prior to any dog attending daycare so that we can get to know more about your four-legged friend. We introduce all dogs slowly so that everyone is comfortable and can have a good time. All dogs must have up-to-date vaccination and veterinary information on file.
Please see our Dog House Rules for common questions about Dog Daycare and Dog Boarding at Bone Away From Home.
All dogs receive individual attention and are able to play as much as they want while at daycare. There is so much to do at dog daycare – run and jump and climb and chase balls and roll around and chase balls and sing the songs of our people and chase balls…
